Treatment Policy Terms
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ Deposits for all treatment services, including Permanent Makeup, Microblading, Fusion Brows, Ombre Shading Brows, Scalp Eyeliner, Lip Contour, Lash Extensions, and all other services are NON-REFUNDABLE. All service fees and package purchases are final.
A credit will only be issued for another service or product at our facility when a cancellation is made within the 48-hour notice period. Any changes to your appointment made beyond this period will result in forfeiture of your deposit. This policy is in place because we allocate 2-3 hours specifically for each service.
Cancellation Terms 48 HOURS NOTICE REQUIRED: If you need to cancel, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required. Cancellations made within the 48-hour window prior to your appointment will allow you to use your deposit towards rescheduling. Providing adequate notice enables us to offer your appointment slot to another client who may be waiting.
NO SHOW POLICY: Clients who do not show up for their appointments without providing prior cancellation notice will be charged the full price of the scheduled service. Upon a missed appointment, our system will automatically log you as a “no show,” and the total service fee will be charged to your account immediately.
Rescheduling Rules If you need to reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, we can assist with finding a new date. However, if we cannot fill your original appointment, you will incur a charge of 50% of your service fee, and your new appointment will be charged at full price.
Tardiness Please arrive at Micropigmentation Academy at least 15 minutes before your appointment to complete necessary consent and release forms. If you are running more than 30 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled, and the full-service fee will still apply, as we are unable to fill your time slot with another client. The time remaining upon arrival will dictate how much of your treatment can be completed.
Touch-Up Appointments If you miss a scheduled touch-up appointment, there will be an additional charge of $150 to reschedule it.
Client Privacy and Comfort To ensure an optimal experience, we kindly ask that friends and family refrain from attending your procedure. This allows the artist to focus entirely on you.
Children Policy While we appreciate your family, we kindly request that children, including toddlers and babies, do not accompany you to your appointment, as they can be a distraction to both the artist and other clients. If children are brought to the appointment, it will necessitate canceling the session, and you will incur a charge of 50% of the service cost. This fee will not be applied to any future appointments.
Right to Refuse Treatment We reserve the right to refuse treatment under certain circumstances, including but not limited to: - Undisclosed skin conditions (including sunburn/suntan) - Being under the influence of drugs or alcohol - Any behavior deemed compromising to the safety and comfort of our artists or other clients
